Job Description
- Manage stationed cleaners, float team and Supervisors
- Recruit and deploy workers/ supervisors for existing and new sites
- Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise
- Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls
- Fulfil clients’ expectation and requirements and ensure good customer relations
- Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
- Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise as per contract requirements
- Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance
- Any additional duties (including hands on cleaning duties) as and required
Responsibilities
- Relevant hands-on experience in related field
- Diploma or Degree Holders
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to accept 6 days work and attend to last minute work assignments
Experience: 2-3 years or No Experience Needed
