Operations Executive

Job Description

  • Manage stationed cleaners, float team and Supervisors
  • Recruit and deploy workers/ supervisors for existing and new sites
  • Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise
  • Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls
  • Fulfil clients’ expectation and requirements and ensure good customer relations
  • Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
  • Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise as per contract requirements
  • Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance
  • Any additional duties (including hands on cleaning duties) as and required

Responsibilities

  • Relevant hands-on experience in related field
  • Diploma or Degree Holders
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to accept 6 days work and attend to last minute work assignments
Experience: 2-3 years or No Experience Needed
